Presentation guidelines

The size of our poster boards are 1 m wide x 2 m high, portrait oriented. Blu-tak will be available on the poster board for mounting your poster.

You will be allocated a poster board with a number, which can be found in the abstract book.

Poster exhibition will be located in the Forum.

Posters can be hung upon arrival and taken down after the last session. Please note that the posters which are still up at the end of the meeting will be discarded.

There will be 2 poster sessions during the conference. Poster Session 1 on Saturday 21th and Poster Session 2 on Sunday 22nd.

There is no selection for posters. All submitted abstracts will be presented. You will receive an official message after the submission deadline.

The duration of your talk will be strictly limited to 12 minutes, with an additional 3 minutes allocated for discussion.

It is important to adhere to this timeframe, as we have multiple sessions running concurrently, and attendees frequently transition between sessions.

Please make sure your presentation will stay within the designated time limit. Session chairs will be closely monitoring the timing to ensure a smooth flow of the event.

Presentation slides should be of a 16:9 format.
